2004 – 2012       Center Manager, Landmark Education, Montreal

International personal and professional training and development company

Accountable for Landmark Education's business, operations and offerings in the Quebec, eastern Ontario, and northern Vermont/New York state regions. Managed the scheduling, translation, promotion, filling and delivery of over 32 courses and programs per year, attended by close to 2,000 customers annually. Trained, developed and managed a full time staff of 3, as well as a body of over 120 Program Leaders and training assistants. Lead training and development sessions for Program Leaders, Course Supervisors, and Introduction Leaders. Responsible for management of a 7500 square foot facility, and annual budget of around $800,000.

Managed direct sales to over 200 retail accounts from a catalog of 3000 products from 500 plus suppliers. Accountable for research, purchase and importing of products (CDs, records, tapes, videos, merchandise), from companies in many countries.
